We are on vacation. After a few days of church meetings and visiting churches in Florida we have made our way to Canada. Over the next two weeks we will visit our families and get reacquainted with the place we left almost 10 years ago.
Our family spent a wonderful week in Florida. We are thankful for the hospitality of many. The kids particularly enjoyed playing with the Avery kids, chasing the little dog Chewie around the Hearn's house and enjoying the warm Florida sunshine.
On Tuesday we flew from Tampa to Detroit and then on to Toronto. As usual, the kids were real troopers while traveling. We woke up at 5AM to make our way to the airport for Northwest Airlines flight 479, service from Tampa to the NWA hub in Detroit. A smooth flight and clear view of the fields below. The snow is gone. We had a great view of the Toronto skyline including the CN Tower and Skydome.
We will spend some time at both sets of grandparents as well as time with Ben's grandparents. Then back to Tampa for a couple weeks before heading back to Haiti. We should have e-mail most places we go so if you need to talk with us that is the best way. Here are some pictures of happenings the last few days.
