It's not a tropical depression yet, but they say the potential for development is there. This image is from 5:30 this morning local time. The storm is growing. We will certainly get some strong thunderstorms and lots of rain with it.
Pray for Micah Hausler coming in from Ada, MI today. We pray the flight would not be delayed. And the plan is to go to Lagonav tomorrow to preach in a couple churches Sunday. Pray that the waters would be calm enough for the ferry to run.
Less organized now but pushing toward Haiti. This is from 10:29AM this morning.
She now has a name - Fay. This is the 6th named storm of the current hurricane season and will hit Haiti later tonight. Pray that people will not be harmed in the rain and potential flash floods.
It's Saturday morning now and the wind and rain have arrived. Not too bad at this point for which we are thankful. Looks the worst of it will hit the south coast of Haiti.
