As of today we are out on patrol. That is we are out on the road in our new Nissan Patrol. We are very excited that we were able to pick up our new set of wheels today in Port-au-Prince. It replaces our aging Land Cruiser that has done great duty here on the rough roads in Haiti.
One of the troubles we had was trying to find parts for our older vehicle when it needed repair. And gas in Haiti is about 60 percent more than diesel. So making the switch will make a huge difference in the long term. We are very grateful for all you who give to Worldwide Outreach through the OPC and the other generous donors who contributed. Thanks from the whole Hopp family!
Another exciting thing we noticed today - we passed 250 people reading our blog. Thanks for all those who follow us and for those who pray. We hope you get a small taste of our life here in Haiti through reading. Keep enjoying and spread the news.
