One of the great things about writing your own blog is that is it yours. You can write about whatever suits your fancy. And if you want to keep posting pictures and updates of your baby you can do it. Our blog is titled Hopps in Haiti after all. And Esther is a Hopp.
So here is our Esther at just about 6 months. Hard to believe the time has gone so quickly and that she has been in Haiti for over 3 months. She has lived longer in Haiti that in her birth place of the US now. Amazing! She is growing well and strong. She sits up well, loves to roll around and is working on moving with her legs. She smiles lots and her brothers and sister know how to make her giggle and giggle. She is a cute one.
More cuteness below. Esther is sitting out in the yard as Mama hangs up the laundry.
She loves to sit up because she can see more of the world around her. Smiling is her normal mode.
Emma loves her sister too. The blue mats make a great playing surface. Thanks Bradenton OPC ladies for this great shower gift. It is really needed on our hard tile floors.
And as Esther plays Thai stands guard. Here she lies down at our front door watching the gate for passersby. She must not be working too hard as she has her paws crossed.
